Christos - Founder & CEO
Prior to ReindeerBioHealth, Christos served for 6 years as CEO of the International Business at Cipla. Over the past 20 years, Christos has served as Managing Director with multinational companies such as Bristol Myers Squibb (VP EMEA) and Bausch Health (VP EMEA) and Johnson & Johnson. From the USA to Indochina and from Turkey to France and India, he has lived and worked across four continents. He enjoys leading people and organizations in their goals, with the aim of making a “healthy” difference in the world.
His award winning book, “The Performance Cockpit”, is a systems based “business bible” for New and aspiring General Managers, part of curriculums of MBA courses around the world as well as induction to Management programs for several MNCs (kartalismanagementcockpit.com).
Christos holds an MBA degree from the University of Massachusetts, USA, as well as a Post-MBA from INSEAD CEDEP, France.​​​
Dimitris Kartalis– General Manager
Dimitris Kartalis grew up and studied across six countries and speaks four languages—including Greek, English, French, and Spanish—bringing a global perspective to his work. He began his career as an Investment Analyst at an Africa-focused investment fund in London, later moving to South Africa to work at a fintech serving low- and middle-income communities. Based in Manchester, he worked at Amazon as a Senior Business Consultant, helping major brands navigate and grow within the complexities of the Amazon marketplace. He is now dedicated to expanding global access to better healthcare through his work at Reindeer Biohealth. He holds a bachelor’s degree from King’s College London and a master’s degree from the London School of Economics.
